Every sacrificed doge lands here. At any point, anyone can resurrect a sacrificed doge by paying the protocol-defined resurrection price, which returns it to circulation.

The pool regulates itself. As more doges enter, the reward pool grows and the resurrection discount increases, so the fuller the pool, the cheaper it is to bring a doge back. Sacrifices push doges in. Discounts pull them out.
